High Quality Large Diameter Plastic Pipe Shredder

1. Introduction and Application

KWELL develops this vertical type pipe shredder specially for big diameter plastic pipe recycling. This machine consists of a single shaft shredder and a crusher, or single shaft shredder only.

2. Features

1 This kind of single shaft shredder machine adopts thick row rotation knives structure and hydraulic driven pushing plate to feed material by force with powerful shredding capacity. It can be used in shredding long big diameter plastic pipe/roll/junks/profile with thick thickness.
2 The blade base and blades on the rotary roller can be disassembled .It is easy to clean and maintain.
3 The rotary blades adopt the "V" design, which can decrease the noise and decrease energy consumption. 
4 The main axis is driven by gearbox, ensuring running very stably, low noise and strong power. 
5 The push feeding system adopts hydraulic way ,which runs very stably and the machine is controlled by PLC system, the blades can rotate in opposite direction when the rotor gets stuck ,and also can close automatically if something unexpected happen , with very high safety service.
6 The crusher has rotating blades and fixed blade, with powerful force to crush the object into very small size. There is mesh screen to control the scraps size.
