Product Brief Info:
WTPC series plastic long pipe shredders are suitable for shredding the long PE, PP, PVC pipes directly which the maximum capable diameter is up to DN 1200mm x 3-6m length without pre-cutting the pipes in advance. The rotation speed of the machine is slow and stable, various types of pipe is put into flat feeding tank, then the feeding tank is closed automatically and the pipes are pushed into the center of the axis for shredding by the hydraulic device. After the 1st shredding, the materials are transported by belt conveyor for 2nd shredding until getting the required size of granules.

The uppermost advantage of this series shredder is that it saves a lot of energy and amount of workforce. Besides, the whole working process is safe and effective and the system is controlled by PLC central controlling system.
