4, WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CONDITIONS?

THE BUYER SHOULD COME TO SELLER'S FACTORY TO DO THE INSPECTION WORK, OR THE BUYER COULD ENTRUST ANY THIRD PARTT TO COME TO SELLER'S FACTORY TO DO THE INSPECTION WORK.
