Description
Starch Production Line is applicable to large scale dry starch producers, using potato, sweet potato or cassava as raw material.
Starch Production Line can complete the potatoes processing automatically. Most equipments of the Production Line are made of ordinary steel, so it needs less investment, but the starch quality is not stable as the standardized line.
Advantages: Less investment, less labor cost, high quality starch and simple processing technology.
Processing technology:
Raw material cleaning --- pulverizing --- starch extracting --- fine filtering --- sand removing --- concentrating --- refining --- dehydration --- drying --- Weighing and Packing
Receiving raw materials:
Cleaning section: 1 (figure) --- Helical-type cleaning machine --- Washing potatoes, 2 (figure) --- Stone-removing cleaning machine --- Removing stones, 3 (figure) --- New-type squirrel-cage cleaning machine --- Cleaning and peeling potatoes
Extracting section: 4 (figure) --- Curved-mesh extrusion-type pulverizing machine --- Milling potatoes, extracting starch and discharging residues, 5 (figure) --- Refined filter --- Removing residues in starch slurry, 6 (figure) --- De-sander --- Removing sand in starch slurry
Refining section: 7 (figure) --- Hydrocyclone station --- Further removing fine residues and impurities in starch slurry, 8 (figure) --- Vaccum filter --- Dewatering
Drying section: 9 (figure) --- Flash dryer --- Drying wet starch
Note: According to different raw materials, the allocation of the production line is different.
