 1. single screw extruder

2 Die-head
 
the sheet die: hanger die with two throttle design, sheet thickness accurately. Temperature control ± 1 ºC can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness, flatness. The material effective width 2150mm; product width 2100mm; Thickness 3-8mm, die material: 5CrNiMoV steel, a total of 11 district heating, the use of stainless steel heating rods; Dies hard chrome plated surface.
 
3. three-roll calender:
