1. Mechanical parts: Working table, load&upload device, scrap collect device.
1.1 Working table (working bed).
We use 12mm square steel to weld the working table. Please note other companies all use 10mm square steel. All the cutting bed had been handled by vibration aging treatment to eliminate the prestress force of mechanical parts.
1.2 Load & upload device.
We use rolling balls and round bar for material up and load. Thus the surface of cutting material will not be scratched by strip working table. Round bar can make material up and load more easily for operator. This kind of hominization design can save lots of manual cost.
1.3 Scrap collective device.
We have drawer scrap collective device to make it easier for your to find the cutting piece. What's more, we have automatic crawler belt to transmit the cutting piece.
2. Drive parts: Server motor, Lead Screw and Liner Guide Way.
2.1 Servo motor.
Servo motor is the key part which controls laser head moving. We use Japan Panasonic A5II series servo motor.
2.2 Lead Screw and Liner Guide Way.
Lead Screw is the most key moving parts of mechanical transmission. The main factor which decided accuracy of screw is lead pitch and surface hardness. We use TBI from Taiwan, and the HIWIN Liner Guideway.
3. Outside light path: The chamber of laser resonance, optical lens, laser cutting head
3.1 Chamber of laser resonance.
We adopted double xenon lamp structure to make energy power output high. We are the only manufacturer that has full sealed gold chamber with practical application.
3.2 Optical lens.
We adopt imported optical components- focus lens from America, which is spherical mirror can produce strong laser beam and with high conversion efficiency from electrical to optical.
3.3 Laser cutting head.
We use OEM laser cutting head which has improved the technology of PRECITEC GERMANY.
4. Electric parts: Electronic Control cabinet, it's very convinient for transportation and connection.
5. Software: Cutting control software, picture processing software
5.1 Automatic edge finding and two points location function. Even if the plate is not at the right position when putting on working table, you do not have to worry that the picture you cut is incline.
5.2 Kerf compensation function. When you need to cut delicate workpiece, the software will take the width of laser beam into consideration and calculate this value during the process of cutting then make some compensation.
5.3 Frog-leap function. During the process of cutting, when finish cutting one piece and moves to another place, the laser head jumps up and down very fast, just like frog. This can accelerate the empty traveling speed of laser head and save working time.
5.4 Breakpoint resume. When there is suspend during cutting press, the laser head can resume cutting from the point that stops.
5.5 One bottom setting. When you input one picture, the software will set all the cutting parameters like pulse width, frequence...Automatically.
5.6 Expense calculation. You can try to cut 1m line and put in the cost, then the software will calculate all your processing cost according to it's cutting length and path.
5.7 Oxygen cutting, air perforate. Oxygen cutting may lead to one problem- hole popping when start cutting each time. When you need to cut with oxygen and want to dig very small hole, the hole will not be round and smooth because of hole popping.
6. Water chiller
Our latest water chiller has water circulation filter system. It can decrease water change frequence into 1/6 compare with others.
