1. What emery will be installed on this whitener?

Selection of emery roll's size is depend on rice variety, type and condition, normally as below:

- First emery roll: head section 24#, tail section 30#;

- Second emery roll: head section 30#, tail section 36#;

- Third emery roll: head section 36#, tail section 46#;

2. What is the installation requirement of this machine?

The foundation of the machine should be with sufficient strength to support the weight of the machine.

There should be enough space around the machine for maintenance and inspection.

3. Before testing this machine, what should be checked?

- Check for foreign matters like bolt or iron block in whitening chamber.

- Check the tension of V-belt

- Adjustment of air volume

- Check the rotating direction of motor and make it conform to the arrow direction indicated by direction plate on the machine.
