3. Why is have to be deposited?
-Most of our packaging products are custom made (exclusive printing),If by any chance the order is canceled ,those products cannot sell to anybody else.
4. Can you offer free samples?
-Sure,we are very glad to send some samples to you for reference of our products but please pay for shipment by yourself.
5. What is your payment term?
-Our payment term is T/T in advance ,30% deposit against proforma invoice and balance should be paid before shipment.
6. How will my product packed during shipping is it safe during long way shipping?
-We pack them layer by layer and with standard export cartons with required shipping marked,it will be steady and save.
7. What is the lead time of your products?
-Normally 7-30 days after sample confirmed. It's decided by your quantity of order.
