Q: How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time? 
A: Please provide us with your needed product picture and detailed size, we will send it to you within 12 hours.

Q: Can I have my own design products?
A: Yes, we accept OEM. If you have a sample or drawing, we will give a quick response on mold cost and delivery time.

Q:  How to proceed with the order if I have a logo to print?
A:  Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce some real samples for the second confirmation. If samples are ok, finally we will go to mass production.

Q: Can we get the free samples for the test?
A: Yes, you can. Our samples are free for the customers who confirm orders. And the freight for express is on the buyer account.
