Q1: Can I get some free samples?
A1: Yes, free samples are available for your test, with freight collect or prepaid by Paypal or Western Union. 
   
Q2: How can I test STARWIRE LED STRIP?
A2: Connect the wire of LEDSTRIP to your own power supply whose output voltage should be DC12V or DC24V.If you do not have such a power supply, please ask us to provide with samples. Meanwhile, pls kindly note the +/- marks on the wire and connect to the +/- pole of power supply correctly. 

Q3: Do you also sell power supplies or extra connectors for STARWIRE LED STRIP?
A3: Yes. But please make sure the power supply should allow some capacity to protect itself and modules with 20%~30% capacity unused, i.e. Power Input is 20%~30% more than the exact power consumption of LED STRIP connected to it.

Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM service?
A4: Yes. Lead time for ODM sample is around 3 days and for bulk order needs around 2 weeks.

Q5: What is the warranty for your injection LED modules with lens?
A5: We offer 3-5 years warranty ,
