Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings' assembly does not allow the inclining between inner race's axis and outer race's axis each other, and it is requested that the matched shaft and outer shell holes' processing accuracy shall be higher. If the 2 axis are inclining to each other, contacts between rollers and races will be not uniform and thus will cause stress concentration which will have serious effects on bearings' loading capacity and reduce bearings' life period.
Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings cannot limit the axial movement of shaft or outer shell, if need axial limit, it usually needs matching with other types of bearings such as deep groove ball bearings. Only bearings whose inner races and outer races with edges can bear smaller axial loadings.
