Q1. Are you a factory or just a trade company? 
A: Our HONGHUI is a LED display factory with R&D department and production line, professional engineering team and energetic sales team. Warmly welcome to visit our HONGHUI factory and have face-to-face business talk to better understand each other. Or when you are free, we can have WHATSAPP VIDEO TALKING, and show our HONGHUI factory.  

Q2. Can I have a sample order for led module? 
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led module order?
A: Yes. Led module: 1 pcs; Led screen: 1 m2.

Q4. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, and average Production time is 7-15 working days after receiving the deposit.

Q5. What's your payment term? 
A: We accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union and Cash. At least 30-50 % deposit in advance, and the
balance should be paid before delivery.
