Answer:No I have installed about 10 with no issues. When I did have issues it was due to my wire connections. Not saying a bad bulb can't happen but if flickering is happening to more then one bulb it's probably your transformer or wiring.

Answer:Hello,10watt par36 2700k has 900lm(+/- 3%) as the lumen output.We lasered the watt number,input low voltage ranges,spread beam angle on the bottom of the bulbs.Thanks.
