FAQQ1. JPA lamps/lights warranty, How the warranty works? What are the procedures in claiming the warranty?
A: 1. 6 months--1 year warranty.2. Just in case the lights got problems, we will need a video to show the broken situation and circuit board inspection video support for our confirmation.3. If confirm not man-made damage, we will send new ones for replacement free of charges.
Q2. Is your lights with LED and bulbs?
A: Yes, almost 95% lamps/lights are with LED & bulbs,and can be used directly (plug and play).
Q3. Packing Method
A: Stretch film--bubble bag--plain box(color box)--3 layers of corrugated carton
Q4. Products Availability
A:Please ask the availability of goods before making reservations, usually 90% products in stock right now.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we have 13 years mold making and development experience in this field. We have more than 10 CNC/EDM machining equipment and 5 injection machines for mass production. Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?A: Yes. It is OK to print your logo on led light product, has MOQ request for different lights, need negotiate then. Q8. Do you accept mixed models, mixed colors?A: Yes, we try every possible way to meet customers' requests. Q9. Do you all test your goods before delivery?Yes,we have special QC person to test each light during assembly line.
