Description
working principle
When the machine is working, the sealing water 8 is bumping into the sealing room 7, rising the sliding piston 5, and the sediment ejection hole 3 will shut down. Then, milk that to be processed are feeding into the bowl from feeding pipe 1. Under the effects of centrifugal force, the solids which have heavier density will be collected on the wall of the bowl. After a while, the opening water 8 is bumping into the opening room 6, falling the sliding piston 5, and opening the sediment ejection hole 4; than, the impurities will be deslagging from the bowl. The lighter liquid (fat) flowing along the inner side of the discs, and into the passage in the upper distributor. Than, lighter product is discharging from the machine by the lower centripetal pump 3. The heavier liquid(skim milk) flowing along another passage, discharging from the machine by the upper centripetal pump 2. Thus, the milk will be separated well. The separator adopts self deslagging and centripetal pump. Thus, the machine is able to work continuously, and attain a good separation effect in the long run.
