1. Product Description

The small-scale corn peeling and de-germination production line is the latest automatic corn grits and corn milling unit with the smallest area, the most complete functions, the simplest structure, the lowest power consumption, and the highest fineness. The production line is linearly arranged, the structure is simple, and it is easy to operate and maintain. From raw material cleaning, peeling, degerming, root removal, black umbilical cutting, crushing, making grits and flour, it can be completed all at once in one go. Only one worker needs to operate. It is a small corn flour mill with the least investment and the highest quality of finished flour.

This system removes corn skin one time in dry way (no need water), remove germ (de-germ), remove root and hilum. Separate those parts which have no nutrient and no good for taste, keep best part of corn for further processing into good quality of corn grits and flour.

Cleaning machine is to remove all dirt such as iron, stone, sand, soil, hull or others.

  Peeling machine is to remove corn skin, germ, remove root and black hilum then separate these parts which has no nutrient and affect taste.

  Flour milling machine is to grind peeled corn into fine maize flour. Customer can adjust the machine and change sieve size to control fineness of the flour.

  Best peeling performance. Corn kernel peeled is skinless, de-germinated, no black hilum, very clean.

  During skin removal and de-germing, corn kernel is already polished, thus it looks nice and clean.
