This Line is mainly used to produce U-PVC, C-PVC huge calibre pipe for water supply and drainage.
ThePVC Pipe Production Line is composed of double screw extruder, pipe die, vacuum sizing device, multi-pedrail hauling machine, cutting machine and stacker;


MACHINE FEATURES:
Choose conical or parallel double screw extruder according to different demands.
The extruder and haul-off machine adopt the imported AC frequency control device.
Haul-off machine of different specifications, such as two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws etc are designed for different requirements.
It is additionally attched with length measuring apparatus and thickness increasing device.
The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.

PVC PIPE SPECIFICATION:
