              3)4-8 LOCAL WORKERS TO ASSIST INSTALLATION,THE CHARGES (INCLUDE SALARY, FOOD ETC) SHOULD BE PAID BY THE BUYER  
              4)SUPPLY THE LIVING PLACE AND FOOD FOR THE CHINESE ENGINEER, AND PAY
