1, Equipment introduction:
Mixing tank, also known as mixing tank and batching barrel, is a three-layer structure with upper opening and lower inclined bottom. It has the functions of heating, automatic temperature control, heat preservation and mixing, fast heat transfer, large temperature difference and convenient cleaning. It is widely used in food (dairy) products, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, beverage, grease, chemical industry, pigment and other industries as intermediate buffer, liquid storage, mixing and mixing equipment (the equipment is economic and practical when the materials can be evenly distributed without heating), heating, mixing and mixing or sterilization. It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized units without heat source. According to the process requirements, the fully enclosed structure and thermal insulation structure can be adopted.
2, Main technology and structural performance:
1. Tank volume: 50L, 100L, 200l, 300L, 500L, 600L, 1000l-5000l.
2. Heating method: the electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket, and the heating is uniform without cold area. Heat transfer oil or water is injected into the jacket as the heating medium to generate heat to heat the materials in the tank.
3. Material heating temperature: ≤ 350 ºC; material heating time: 20min ~ 90min (depending on process requirements).
4. Temperature control: the electric couple is used to measure the temperature and the temperature controller is connected to measure and control the temperature (temperature difference ± ≤ 1 ° C), and the material temperature can be adjusted. The temperature controller is installed in the electric control box, and the temperature transmission rod is directly inserted to the bottom of the tank, so that the temperature can be indicated when the liquid is used at * * position.
5. Tank body: the inner surface is polished by mirror, and the roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ M.
6. Upper cover: two open movable covers for easy cleaning. The inner and outer surfaces are mirror polished (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m).
7. Bottom structure of inner tank: R-angle is formed by spinning, and there is no dead angle after welding and polishing with the inner tank body, and it is inclined to the direction of discharge port 5 ° to facilitate the discharge of materials without retention.
8. Jacket form: full jacket, used to add heat transfer oil or water to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling.
9. Thermal insulation materials: filled with pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane pouring foam, to maintain the temperature difference with the outside world, to achieve thermal insulation effect.
10. Shell surface treatment: mirror polishing or 2B primary color matte or 2B matte surface matte treatment.
11. Mixing device: top center stirring, reducer output shaft and agitator shaft are connected by looper, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
12. Mixing speed: 15-120r / min (constant speed); agitator forms: frame type, anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc. (according to process requirements).
13. Equipment configuration: electrical control box, thermometer, feed liquid inlet and outlet, medium inlet and outlet (oil inlet and outlet), vent (oil overflow hole), etc.
14. Material: inner tank SUS304 or SUS316L; jacket Q235-B or SUS304; outer protective shell SUS304.
15. Flanging process arc transition is adopted at the process opening of each inlet and outlet and the welding joint of inner tank body, which is smooth and easy to clean without dead angle and beautiful appearance.
