Introduction of the use of BRW250/31.5 emulsion pump

The BRW250/31.5 emulsion pump product series is based on the general crankcase and derives the corresponding pressure parameters. This series of pumps and emulsion boxes constitute the emulsion pump station. The pump station is composed of two pumps. One pump is used, one pump is spare, and two units can be used at the same time if the work is needed. It mainly provides the power source for the comprehensive mechanized coal mining hydraulic support in the medium thick coal seam, and can also be used for other hydraulic equipment on the ground working fluid.

The BRW200/31.5 series emulsion pump is a horizontal three plunger reciprocating pump, which is driven by a four pole explosion-proof motor. Through a gear reducer, it drives the rotation through a tire type coupling, drives the three curved crankshaft to rotate, and then the plunger is driven by the connecting rod and slider to make the reciprocating movement, so that the working fluid is sucked through the pump head, suction and discharge in the pump head. In this way, the electric energy can be converted into hydraulic energy and output high pressure liquid for use when the hydraulic support works.
