After Sales Service

1. We can supply on-line support for training and installation guiding.
2. Warranty: One year. (National standard)
3. If the problems in the parts are within the guarantee period, we will answer customers in 2 hours after answering calling or receiving the email, and we will send the new parts to customer in 7 working days.(Except for special condition of vis major)
4. We will provide easily damaged parts for 6 months for free with shipment.(See the shipping list)
5. After the warranty period, we will provide the wear parts according to their factory price.
