conic twin screw extruder for PVC compound



It is special equipment designed for various kinds of PVC powder or WPC extrusion. With different mould and downstream equipments, this PVC pipe extruder machine can produce PVC pipes, profiles, panel, board, granules and so on.

Standard PVC pipe extruder machine is conic twin screw extruder, and it adopt electrical heating with air force cooling, which can easy control. The temperature within±1°c. Main motor, gearbox, screws are in the same centre line. The screw and barrel contains oil cooling unit, which can make the temperature control procise. 

The screw&barrel is from Zhoushan, gearbox is made by Jiangyin gearbox company, motor is Siemens Berde, inverter adopt ABB. All of our PVC pipe extruder machine will be checked and tested at the workshop to avoid any necessary trouble.
