RCDJ Advanced Design Agglomerating Pelletizing Machine for PE film PP Woven/Nonwoven Bags is working to process all kinds of LDPE/HDPE film,such as leftover material,useless shopping bag film,logistic packaging film,etc.
Due to the character of HDPE film,it is high-density polyethylene,so it is with better stretchability compared to LDPE film.When recycling/pelletizing the HDPE film/bag,it is thought and recommended to use bigger motor for drive because of the low flow performance.

Machine Main Parts:
1.Feeding belt conveyor
Usually the HDPE film is collected in bale or loosen shape,it needs an operator to feeding the film into compactor unit. A metal detector device is optional here for checking the metals inside of film, it will detecting and alarming while finding the metals and stop the belt immedietely.
This design is to protect the blades in compactor and protect the screw damage.
2.Compactor
With rotation/stationary blades to cutting inside, the compactor will grind the big film into very small thin film. Cutting create heating and make theHDPE film half-plastifing into granules shape.
3.Extrusion/Film MeltHDPE film after cut and agglomeration will be feeded into screw extruder in a short time.The electric heated screw in a special designed structure will melting the film. A powerful degassing station must be included here if the foil material is printed.
In the end of screw,we put a sensor the feel the pressure in the screen changing net.If the current here is overload,it will keep alarming and warn the operator to change the nets.
4.Water ring die face cutting systemHorizontal water ring cutting system is more easy operate.Cold water will cooling the hot granules immedietely.A inclined stainless steel flume will bring the cooled granules into dryer.
5.Granules Dewatering DryerWe have 2 options here for drying the wet cooled granules. One is vibrating screen,another is centrifuge force dryer.
