Die Head

Double strand pipe extrusion die head mold is manufactured by imported CNC machine,
With a pressure balance distribution device, ensuring the precise control of double extruded pipes in any condition.

Specially Structure
The double strand pipe structure is specially applied in the vacuum calibrating tank, haul off machine and cutting machine, with nice appearance and scientific design, which are very easy to operate and control.

PLC Control System
The double ppr pipe making machine adopts original Siemens PLC control system.
Multi-point closed-loop control system, which ensure the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole  production line.
