3. Drippers screening and sorting
This machine adopts centrifugal principle in drippers screening. So the dripper screening is precise, fast and stable with low noise (with 0.04 KW induction-motor).

4. Drippers conveying and insert
Rail-type belt conveyor, air waft for feeding. The dripper feeding is stable and fast. A PLC control rod is used to guarantee the specing accuracy of drippers.

5. Shapping and sizing
Through changing dies and core-rod, the machine can be used for the productoin of Dia6-Dia16 pipes. The vaccum sizing technology can guarantee the vacuum stability and precisionof pipe diamter control. The pipe can be produced with good appearance. .
 
6. The water circulatory system
For water saving, it is suggested to build a 10 m3 water tank. Use water pumps and pressuer control to maintain a water pressuer between 0.2-0.3 Mpa.

7. Punch device
This device can achieve automatic tracking and automatic adjustment. The accuracy of punch is guaranteed. This device structure is compact. It is easy to operate.
