Features:

       The production line is mainly used for making fondant masses, it is simple to use fondant-beating machine. Sugar, glucose, water is dissolved then cooked in coil cooker and transfer to the cooling drum and then put into the hopper of the fondant beater. The beater is turned on and the cooked syrup is fed into the creaming screw. The sugar syrup is then agitated in a controlled way to seed the syrup into a fine fondant paste. The machine has a capacity up to 400kg per hour and is ideal for making good quality fondant masses.

Testing & training:

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But if the machine is exported to other countries, the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$50.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost 15 days.

Packaging & Shipping

Wooden Packing:

 

1. Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check 
2. After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine 
3. Packing:

    a. Inside the machine put desiccant

    b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap

    c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel 
4. Container: according to different products for reinforcement.
