1.- Fruit And Vegetable Washing Cleaning Machine Cucumber Washer

Brush washer machine is also called vegetable and fruits washing&peeling machine. It is mainly used for roots fruits&vegetables, such as potato, taro, peanut, sweet potato, yam, ginger, onion, radish, apple, orange, kiwi fruit and other root and others. Also could be used for washing the shellfishes such as clam, scallop, rainbow, conch and other seafood, and so on.


Working principle:

It can be used to clean the impurities stuck on the materials by the rolling brush roller and the frictions between single materials, after that, washed by the water sprayed from the blow head equipped on the water tube. 

Attention: If only need washing, use the soft hair brush roller, if need washing and peeling, you
should use rigid hair brush roller or sand roller.


Advantages:

After the materials are put into the washing machine, the brush roller rotates to brush the materials and make them turn over continuously, so as to achieve the effect of peeling and impurities cleaning. At the same time, the drainage pipe continuously sprays to wash off the dirt washed from the raw materials, so as to make the cleaning more thorough. In the process of cleaning, the impurities are brushed off, and the water flows into the reservoir at the bottom. The water in the reservoir can be recycled for spraying and washing.  
The brush roller can effectively guarantee the product cleanliness and achieve the purpose of rapid and effective cleaning.
