The production process and procedures are easy to master. And in addition, the number of layers can be adjusted according to the pipe wall structures of different processes. (The design of layers is matched with the CAD design software of FRP)
RPMP production line of FW type is equipped with advanced wet and dry silicon sand-adding device of HQ-FRP type which will be controlled automatically by all hydraulic pressure. For the RPMP that adopts the silicon sand-adding device and process of HQ-FRP type, its resin content in the layer of silicon sand-adding will decrease 5%-10% under the precondition of the full impregnation of silicon sand. The process of adding silicon sand will adopts the hydraulic pressure control. In addition, the high frequency vibrator will be used to densify the silicon sand-adding layer, which can large improve the compactness of the silicon sand-adding layer, as a result, the ring stiffness of pipe will be also improved effectively and at the same time, the phenomenon of dry yarn or no yarn will not exist. The usage of such silicon sand-adding device and process can not only improve the quality of RPMP a lot but also decrease the cost. Under such case, the products will be strongly competitive in the market.
