Description For Grain Silo:

 

1. Silo Roof:

 

Roof is made up of radiated beam, roof cover board, tension ring, ventilator scoop, roof cap, etc.

 

The space age construction technology, which is adopted in the design of the silo framework,

 

can ensure the stability of silo under the large span. There is a guardrail around the

 

silo eaves and there is also a manhole on top of the roof.

 

2.Grain Silo Body

 

Include the wall plate, column, manhole, roof ladders and so on.

 

1) The Wall Plate

Our steel is hot galvanized, which makes it durable and weather resistant.

 

Our advanced bolts with spherical washer and the resisting-worn rubber are used to ensure the tightness and using period.

 

2) Column

 

The column, made by the Z-bar, is used to reinforce the grain silo body.

 

It is connected by junction panels.

 

 

3) Manhole And Roof Ladders

 

3. Silo Bottom :

 

For the 1000 MT grain Silo , we have two design for the bottom :

Conical bottom and Flat bottom.

 

4. Aeration System:

 

Keeping a good state for the grain inside the grain silo 

 

5. Cleaning & Removal Dust System :

 

cleans all the unwanted materials (trash, dust, hay, stone, etc.) in every kind of grain ( wheat, barley, corn, canola, soybean, etc.). With this process, there is no need to clean the grain again because of the perfect decomposing.

 

Configuration Of Silo Roof Plate

 

   

 

01. The roof plate of silo is made of high-quality sgh440 high-strength hot-dip galvanized coil with a thickness of 1.0 mm.

 

02. The roof of the silo is formed at one time without secondary assembly, with high dimensional accuracy, which effectively solves the old problem of water leakage at the top of the warehouse.
