Busbar numerical mylar film forming machine
The busbar digital mylar film machine is composed of 5 units including material feed-in, deforming, heating, shaping and cutting. The dimension is 11000mm*800mm*1500mm.
Working principle:
1. The roll of film is installed on the horizontal rail;
2. The film is transferred through the fixtures which sets the width, and the transferringspeed ranges 0-8m/min which is forced by CNC deceleration drive inverter motor.
3. The machine adopts the heater for heating procedure. The power is 6KW and the outgoing position temperature is ≤350°. It will be alarmed when the temperature is exceeded.
4. Input the dimension data to achieve automatic cut.
