Description
The screw and barrel is made of 38CrMoA1A, with nitriding process for longer using life.
The extruder is to install the wood plastic profile, PVC profile extrusion mold.
Vacuum Calibration Tank installed with vacuum pump and water pump.With aluminum rail for install the calibration mold.
Haul off and cutting machine. This is to pull the profile with rubber blocks moving forward. The cutting machine will auto cut the profiles into set lengthes. Usually the profile will be cut into 4m, 6m long.
The manual cutting function is available.
