Bubble gum production line




This production line is mainly consist of mixer, extruder, 9 layer cooling tunnel, cutting machine or cut&wrap machine.

1. This plant can produce X shape, square, corrugated shape, V-iron shape bubble gum
2. Temperature constant system ensures the confection fresh and sugar strip identical
3. Adopt four screw extruding technique, make the bubble gum organization and has good taste
4. Adopt three-roller forming technique, and is suit for different shape bubble gum.
5. Adopt horizontal revolving cooling technique, avoid distortion

Wooden packing
1. Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check
2. After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine
3. Packing: A. Inside the machine put desiccant b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel
4. Container: According to different products for reinforcement
